commissions OPENED through email notifications first! You can sign up for that Newsletter here. After I may announce on my other sites, listed here.
inquiries about a commission may be done anytime, simply CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL OR ANY OF MY user pages.
I do withhold the right to decline anyone at anytime for any reason.
Order forms are provided to you for convenience. Simply fill out and submit, and I will receieve your commission request via email.
Filled forms should be AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE, YET CLEAR AND CONSISE. if description is left vague or unclear, i will do my best with what i have.
please note that commission forms lacking appropriate detail will have full artistic freedom applied, or if requested in advance.
If I accept your commission request, I will contact you and send you an invoice for your commission using Paypal.
You must pay in full asap before I can begin work on your commission.
Commissions are "first come, first serve" and will be added to my queue/ to do list, which can be viewed Here.
preview's and W.I.P's are will be posted to Trello, unless specifically requested. If requested, private wip's and previews can be sent to you.
W.I.P's and previews may have slight adjustments upon requests.
drastic change requests will not be approved for pieces with predetermined description details.
Private or unposted commissions must be specified within your commission form and will be delivered via your provided email.
Unless privacy is requested, all Previews, w.i.p's and completed pieces will all be posted for public view across my userpages which are listed here.
Estimated time for commission completion depends on current queue or if I have a large project going on at the time. Queue can be viewed under Trello to-do list menu.
If queue is empty, completion time estimates 1- 7 days, depending on type of commission or unless otherwise discussed.
If serious delays occur with your commission, I will notify you with an ETA, however this is not a guarentee.
Images / References are required to complete your commission for most commission types.
written descriptions of characters in place of visual reference are not permitted for use. Visual reference of characters must be provided.
failure to provide proper reference may result in declination or your commission request.
If character references are of adult material, let me know in advance.
stream is often online while working. however, it is not guarenteed.
Streamed commissions can be requested.
Note that "backseat artists or nit-pickers" are not welcome and can result in being kicked from stream, or even drop of commission.

{-PAYMENT-}
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
only accepting payment via PAYPAL.
only accepting USD (United States Dollars)
All discounts, sales, and fees are reflected on invoices sent out.
unless otherwise discussed, Payment is expected within 24 hours.
echecks or mailed cash is not accepted.
payment sent without my approval, will be considered as tip or donation and may not refund you.
All sales are final once payment has been received.
Tips and Donations are appeciated, but not necessary. If you would like to tip or donate, click here.

{-REVISIONS-}
although I will ask questions if needed, It is responsibility of the commissioner to provide all the information needed in order to complete your commission at time of commission request.
failure to inform me of a mistake or change to your commission before or during the optional sketch approval, may not be completed, depending on how big the change, or how much progress has been made.

{-PRICING-}
Please Note that prices can change at any time.
although prices are set, i am willing to negotiate via private messaging.
Price may be adjusted according to how complex i feel a character or the overall drawing is.

{-REFUND policy-}
Note that all sales are final once payment has been received.
if unable to complete commision, full refund will be given.
finicky or picky customers, who continually change commission, or are continually uncooperative, may recieve a partial refund and may
have their commission dropped. Note that I do not wish to work with difficult customers.

{-USE OF ARTWORK-}
All Rights Reserved.
Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use it in any way.
my artwork is copyrighted to me. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission!
Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may reupload the piece as long as credit goes toward myself.
credit must always go to me when reposting or using any of my art!
You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
I am allowed to sell prints or other merchandise of any artwork I create if I so choose, unless you state otherwise before commissioning me or requested a private commission.
Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in Artist Beware / Commissioners Beware, etc. and you will be added to my permablacklist.

{-SAVE YOUR COMMISSIONS-}
I am not responsible for deleted or missing commissions from my galleries.
Commissioners are not allowed to complain, get a refund, or a redo of your commissioned art once it is complete.
Note that I put time and effort into the pieces you pay for.
You may politely ask me if I still have the file, however, I am in no way obligated to refund or replace the commission if I cannot find it.
If you have read this T.O.S. please relay "parameters complete” to me privately (never publically). This let’s me know how many people care to read my T.O.S.
Lastly, whether you've read this or not, by commissioning me, you hereby agree to every word of my terms of service!
